Online Therapy

If you are unable to meet in person, we can always book an online session via Zoom or FaceTime.

Online therapy can be as effective as in-person therapy and can be applied to:

1. ~ family relationships,
2. ~ stress or depression,
3. ~ fear or anxiety,
4. ~ confidence or self-esteem,
5. ~ trauma, grief & loss, or
6. ~ meaning and purpose

We will meet regularly online via Zoom or FaceTime. I will provide you with information on how to prepare for the session, such as setting up Zoom or gathering art materials in case we do art therapy. During the session, I will listen with compassion and deep respect and help you develop insight to bring about positive change.

With your input, I will support you in your unique journey of self-discovery, by drawing on a combination of the following therapeutic techniques:

Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Grief and Trauma Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Person-centred Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Existential Therapy, Law of Attraction, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP).
