Online therapy can be as effective as in-person therapy and can be applied to:

We will meet regularly online via Zoom or FaceTime. I will provide you with information on how to prepare for the session, such as setting up Zoom or gathering art materials in case we do art therapy. During the session, I will listen with compassion and deep respect and help you develop insight to bring about positive change.
With your input, I will support you in your unique journey of self-discovery, by drawing on a combination of the following therapeutic techniques:
