In Person (First Session)

Our first session together will be a time to get to know each other a little better. You will get an opportunity to share more about yourself and what you are hoping to gain from therapy. I will assess your needs and will suggest the most suitable therapeutic process for you.

If we feel that we are the right fit for each other, we will put a service agreement in place. This agreement will outline my responsibilities to you, and your responsibilities as a client. I will honour and respect your right to freedom of choice.

Once the service agreement is in place, we will draw up a therapeutic plan, which can easily be adjusted to your specific needs. We will then focus on your main goal before ending the session with a calming and inspirational meditation.
